  • Any delays in providing content may extend the delivery timeline.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving work within the agreed timeframe.

5. Revisions
Packages may include a specific number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the package limit will incur extra charges.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment.
  • Manasvi Infotech retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes.

7. Confidentiality
All client data, business information, and project details will be kept confidential and used only for delivering agreed services.

8. Limitation of Liability
Manasvi Infotech is not liable for:

  • Technical issues caused by third-party hosting providers.
  • Losses due to misuse of the website or social media accounts by the client.
  • Downtime caused by maintenance, upgrades, or external factors.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Payments made are non-refundable, but work completed up to the termination date will be delivered.

10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
